Areas of support

Support across the whole perinatal journey

From planning a family, through pregnancy and birth, to the postpartum months and the return to work, I offer individual telehealth therapy for women and parents navigating the emotional challenges of this transformative time.

i

Pregnancy

Worry, low mood, intrusive thoughts or feeling overwhelmed during pregnancy, including after previous loss or a difficult experience.

ii

Birth & postpartum

Postnatal anxiety and depression, processing a difficult or traumatic birth, and adjusting to life with a new baby.

iii

Early parenthood

Identity shifts, perfectionism, exhaustion and burnout, and building confidence and connection as a parent.

iv

Grief & loss

Compassionate support through grief, including the many losses, expected and unexpected, that can accompany the perinatal period.

v

Attachment, parenting, intergenerational patterns

Navigating relationship stress, shifting family dynamics, and bonding with your baby, and gently exploring the intergenerational patterns that can shape how we parent.

vi

Family planning & return to work

The emotional side of planning a family, and navigating the transition back to paid work after parental leave.

Beyond the perinatal period

Career transition & return-to-work support

Drawing on my background in career development counselling, I also offer sessions for parents navigating career identity, workplace burnout and the transition back to work after having children.

All sessions are held via secure telehealth, so you can attend from wherever suits you — with a sleeping baby nearby, or in the quiet moments you can find. See fees and Medicare rebates.
